Location: Work from home, based out of the east coast in EST time zone.
Job Summary:
The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for managing the day-to-day workload associated with the reconciliation and processing of vendor invoices. This is a completely remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
– Process invoices for payment through NetSuite (or similar AP application.)
– Audit invoices for proper approval based on company policy.
– Reconcile vendor statements.
– Code vendor invoices and payment requests.
– Process Travel & Entertainment expense reports, via Concur.
– Other projects as assigned by leadership.
Requirements:
– 2+ years of experience with AP Three-way match process.
– 2+ years of experience with invoice auditing for proper approval based on company policy.
– Detailed knowledge of GL coding of vendor invoices and payment requests.
– 2+ years of experience processing invoices for payment through NetSuite (or similar AP application.)
– 2+ years of experience with reconciliation of vendor statements.
– Knowledge of Travel & Entertainment expense reports, via Concur.
– High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
– Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel Skills.
– Experience with NetSuite (preferred).
