A company is looking for a Contract Mortgage Loan Processor – REMOTE
Key Responsibilities…
• Processing and closing first and second mortgage applications in compliance with guidelines and regulations
• Maintaining a high level of customer service and communication with various stakeholders
• Managing underwriting conditions, resolving routine title issues, and ensuring loan files meet guidelines
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related field preferred
• Minimum of three years of experience in the mortgage industry
• Detailed knowledge of secondary market guidelines and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and loan origination systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects and duties effectively
