Job duties:
• Sort, open, organize, process and input Lockbox remittance with high degree of accuracy and efficiency
• Package processed remittance for client and/or bank delivery
• Ensure accounts are consistently processed according to client specifications
• Maintain established production and accuracy standards
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor and/or Site Manager
• Must be flexible for other duties as assigned: As an associate you may be required to cross-train across roles/departments with similar job duties, or assist with other business needs as required
Requirements:
• 1+ year of payment processing experience -OR- experience working at a HIPAA compliant facility -OR- experience working for a financial institution -OR- lockbox experience
• Ability to work in fast paced, high productivity and deadline oriented environment.
• Requires the ability to read and follow instructions.
• Ability to work under limited supervision.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Must be computer literate
• Must be proficient using 10-key pad
• Must have basic math skills.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• High school diploma required
• Background check required
• Drug screening required
