Position: Remote Dental Insurance Biller
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Hours: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
– Claims Submission: Accurately prepare and submit dental insurance claims
– Payment Posting: Process and record insurance payments promptly
– Insurance Verification: Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits
– Insurance Aging: Manage and follow up on aging insurance claims
Requirements:
– Minimum 3 years of dental billing experience
– Proficiency in Dentrix dental practice management software
– Fast and reliable internet connection
– Availability during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours
– Familiarity with PPO (Preferred Provider Organization) plans
– Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
– Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
– Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience with other dental practice management software
– Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
– Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and compliance
