As Our Director Of Finance, You Will…
Drive Financial Excellence: Manage project accounting, implement accrual revenue recognition, and ensure accurate financial reporting and control.
Oversee Financial Operations: Handle reconciliations, assets, depreciation schedules, and monthly financial closeouts to maintain optimal cash flow and accuracy.
Develop Budgets: Create comprehensive budgets aligned with strategic objectives and oversee year-end financial statements.
Ensure Compliance: Adhere to federal and state tax regulations and GAAP standards to maintain tax compliance.
Enhance Processes: Simplify payment processes, optimize finance department procedures, and continuously improve financial controls.
Collaborate Strategically: Work with leadership to align financial strategies with industry trends and company goals, serving as the primary resource for financial inquiries and reporting.
Provide Expertise: Offer financial insights for lease negotiations, secure capital for projects, and assist in designing effective incentive programs.
Lead and Manage: Build and manage the finance team, optimize procurement, and identify cost savings opportunities.
Utilize Technology: Develop a deep understanding of our ERP system and maintain relationships with network and banking partners.
Qualifications
Required:
10+ years of experience in finance or accounting
5+ years of leadership experience
Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field
Experience with project-based accounting
Experience in a growing business
Preferred
Experience with ERP software
Experience in multi-state operations
Leadership experience in acquisitions
MBA or Master’s in Finance
Construction industry experience
Experience raising capital
Desired
Experience with Acumatica
Familiarity with incentive plans
Knowledge of EOS
Financial Risk Manager Certification

Position Type: Full-time, remote with up to 10% travel to various locations.
