Key Responsibilities
• Manage all cash handling procedures.
• Perform reconciliation and analysis for various balance sheet accounts.
• Analyze financial results for internal and external use.
• Track and maintain monthly P/L and balance sheet activities.
• Develop forecasts and budgets, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Review general ledger and balance sheets.
• Resolve accounting and reconciliation issues.
• Prepare financial reports: monthly, quarterly, and annually, including close processes and audit reporting.
• Maintain inventory and cost control procedures.
• Administer Payroll and Human Resources functions.
• Undertake related duties and special projects as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in revenue control, financial reporting, and cash handling responsibilities.
• Accounting experience in the foodservice or retail industry required; foodservice operations experience is a plus.
• Ability to prepare financial statements, key metric reports, budgets, forecasts, and analyses.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and relationships in a dynamic environment.
• Commitment to personal integrity and ethical behavior.
