About The Role…

We’re looking for a Finance Manager to support the Program Office in the Environmental & Airframe Control Systems sector within Power & Controls. As a key individual contributor, you’ll oversee the reporting and consolidation of program office finances, engineering projects, and forecasts.

What You’ll Do

Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and analyses in line with GAAP and company policies.

Review and approve journal entries, and conduct detailed analysis of Profit and Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet accounts.

Generate forecasts and analyze trends across sales, operations, engineering, and other business areas for strategic planning.

Manage the reporting and reconciliation of estimates at completion (EACs) for engineering and development programs.

Monitor and communicate financial risks and opportunities within the business.

Provide insightful financial analytics to support leadership decisions.

Address ad hoc management requests for financial information and analysis.

Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and government accounting standards.

Utilize CORE tools to drive process improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Learn

Qualifications You Must Have

A University Degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience, or 12 years of relevant experience without a degree.

U.S. citizenship is required.

Preferred Qualifications

Proven leadership skills, adaptability, and self-direction.

Master’s degree or CPA preferred.

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience with U.S. Government accounting is a plus.

Familiarity with systems such as HFM, OneStream, Hyperion Essbase, SAP, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.

Remote Work

This position is primarily remote, with occasional travel to the site location as needed. If you’re located near a site, your manager will discuss any necessary onsite presence.

Salary Range

$96,000 – $200,000, based on experience, role, and location.
