Key Responsibilities
Analyze and Report: Design and develop comprehensive analyses across various systems, including accounting, business intelligence, human resources, and applicant tracking systems. Prepare and report recommendations on financial impacts related to rate changes, business opportunities, compensation plans, and capital expenditures.
KPI Management: Oversee organizational reporting KPIs by developing new content and ensuring data quality within the business intelligence system. Provide real-time information to support decision-making and operational improvements.
Training and Support: Train staff on the use of the business intelligence system and provide support in its implementation.
Financial Reporting: Prepare, consolidate, and analyze financial management reports. Investigate unusual variances and identify trends that impact business performance.
Operational Improvement: Identify, research, and present opportunities for business improvements that positively affect financial results. Assist in special projects such as software implementations and resolve accounting discrepancies through reconciliation reports.
Month-End and Budgeting: Support the month-end close process, including schedules and analysis. Assist with the preparation of annual business plans, budgets, and quarterly board presentations.
Policy Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of accounting and finance policies and procedures, as well as management information systems.

What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills.
Previous experience in public accounting is a plus.
SQL knowledge is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a flat organizational structure.
Detail-oriented with strong judgment and logical decision-making skills.
Ability to develop and test hypotheses, and create executive reports to support or refute them.
Results-oriented, with excellent multitasking, analytical, time management, and project support skills.
