Role Overview

As our FP&A Analyst, you will be instrumental in our financial planning and analysis efforts. You’ll assist with forecasting, budgeting, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. Collaborate with various departments to analyze financial data, identify trends, and contribute to our financial health and growth. You’ll also prepare detailed financial reports, develop and maintain financial models, and work on improving our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

Perform thorough variance analysis to drive actionable insights and accountability.

Assist with the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, and monthly financial updates.

Develop and manage financial forecasting models for different departments and projects.

Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.

Enhance FP&A, accounting, and operations processes for greater efficiency.

Provide analytical support for business initiatives, including business development and mergers & acquisitions.

Additional Responsibilities

Prepare and present periodic reports and analyses.

Conduct in-depth financial analyses as needed.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field.

4+ years of FP&A experience with increasing responsibility.

Experience in a Professional Services or Managed Services environment is preferred.

Familiarity with financial software such as Microsoft Dynamics SL, Oracle, Sage Intacct, NetSuite, or Paylocity.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently within a team.
