Our sales team consists of a setter and a closer who handle calls with prospective students. We are seeking a skilled Freelance Sales Coach to evaluate these calls, provide actionable feedback, and optimize their performance.

Job Overview

As a Freelance Sales Coach, you will:

– Review and analyze recorded sales calls to identify strengths and areas for improvement.

– Provide feedback to our sales setter and closer on their pitch, script, and objection-handling techniques.

– Collaborate with the team to refine our sales scripts and strategies to increase conversion rates.

– Train the team on advanced techniques for high-ticket sales and objection resolution.

– Monitor performance improvements over time and adjust coaching strategies accordingly.

Key Responsibilities

– Call Reviews: Listen to and analyze recorded sales calls to evaluate performance.

– Coaching Sessions: Conduct one-on-one or group coaching sessions with the sales team.

-Script Optimization: Collaborate with the team to refine sales scripts and objection-handling frameworks.

– Performance Metrics: Track progress and identify trends in performance over time.

– Best Practices: Share industry insights and proven techniques for high-ticket sales.

Qualifications

– Proven experience as a Sales Coach, Trainer, or Consultant, particularly in high-ticket sales and/or direct response marketing.

– Strong track record of helping teams improve conversion rates and close high-ticket offers.

– Excellent understanding of sales psychology and objection-handling strategies.

– Experience working with remote sales teams and coaching via video calls.

– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

– Familiarity with CRM systems, call recording software, and performance metrics tracking tools is a plus.

– Background in the education or health coaching industry is a bonus but not required.
