EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
-Must have high school diploma or equivalent
– A medical background is very helpful
QUALIFICATIONS
– Must communicate and work well with your fellow employees, patients, customers and other healthcare professionals.
– Knowledgeable of equipment and product line and willingness to learn new technologies.
– Maintain confidentiality of patient files.
– Participate in monthly staff meetings and in-services.
– Maintain professional appearance and attitude.
– Must be computer literate.
– Must have good telephone skills.
– Must be detail oriented.
– Must be able to prioritize various tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Assist with coordinating sales, inventory and assembly of equipment and supplies.
– Must be able to obtain insurance verifications, produce CMNs, and professional letters and quotes.
– Prepares authorization requests for Medicaid and other funding agencies to assure proper paperwork is included in the request.
– Reviews all returned CMN/LMN and authorizations to determine that the paperwork is complete, and we will be paid appropriately.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
