Job Summary

We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Payroll Manager to lead our international payroll operations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in global payroll processing and partner management, with a keen understanding of international labor laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

International Payroll Management:

Oversee payroll processing for employees in multiple countries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.

Collaborate with local payroll providers to guarantee timely and precise payroll execution.

Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues from international employees and internal HR and finance teams.

Compliance And Reporting

Ensure adherence to international payroll laws and regulations, including tax filings and reporting.

Keep informed about updates in payroll laws and regulations across different countries.

Data Management

Maintain accurate payroll records, including employee information and payroll changes, on our technology platform.

Safeguard the integrity and confidentiality of payroll data.

Process Improvement

Identify and implement improvements in payroll processes.

Work with HR and Finance teams to enhance payroll efficiency.

Communication And Coordination

Act as a key contact for payroll-related queries from employees and management.

Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to streamline payroll processing.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

3-5 years of experience in payroll processing and management, with international payroll experience.

Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.

Proficiency with payroll software and systems (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks).

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Certification in payroll (e.g., CPP, FPC) is a plus.

Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
