IT Business Systems Analyst Senior

As an IT business systems analyst senior within our Property Forms Centralized Service organization, you’ll support rate revisions, model project and enhancements forms, and processing requests. In this role, you’ll review new incidents, perform in-depth research, identify solutions, and provide support for processing recovery corrections… Additionally, you’ll work closely with your team members and other IT departments to effectively resolve system issues.

This is a remote position for US based work only

Must-have Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study and minimum four years of related work experience in requirements gathering activities or Progressive systems experience.
• In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher, the completion of a technical training program, and a minimum of four years related work experience in requirements gathering activities or Progressive systems experience.
• In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher and a minimum of six years related work experience in requirements gathering activities or Progressive systems experience.

Preferred Skills
• Problem solving skills to investigate, assess and recommend solutions for Rate Revision, Model and Project/Enhancements issues.
• Agile/Scrum methodology experience.
• Knowledge and understanding of industry tools and techniques to elicit, prioritize, organize, document, model, and analyze
• requirements.
• Proficiency in personal productivity software, as well as visual information management tools such as MS Office, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Teams Specialty Boards.
• Proven ability to facilitate, influence, and build consensus amongst individuals with various perspectives and business priorities.

Compensation
• $94, 000 – $102,800/year
• Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance.
