We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Financial Analyst to join our financial reporting team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in preparing, analyzing, and maintaining financial reports that help guide our decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring they are accurate and align with accounting standards and company policies.
Data Analysis: Gather and analyze financial data to spot trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. You’ll also support the development of financial models and forecasts.
Documentation: Keep our financial records, documentation, and databases up to date. Ensuring that all reports and documentation are accurate and complete is a key part of this role.
Compliance: Help prepare for internal and external audits by ensuring our financial practices meet all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Support: Collaborate with senior analysts and finance managers on various financial tasks and special projects, providing the support they need to succeed.
Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
Experience: We prefer 1-2 years of experience in financial analysis or reporting, but recent graduates with relevant internships are also welcome to apply.
Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software like SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Certifications: While not required, progress towards a CPA or CMA is a plus.
