LEADS, LIVE TRANSFERS and PRESET APPOINTMENTS Mortgage Loan Originator

– Take Mortgage applications and pull Credit on Preset Appontments with VA borrowers

– TAKE MORTAGE APPLICATIONION, PULL CREDIT, COLLECT DOCS,AND SUBMIT LOAN

– UPDATE CRM

– FOLLOW UP ON LEADS.

– CONVERT PRESET LEAD TO LOAN

-BE WILLING TO NEGOTIATE CONTRACTS FOR BUYERS AND SELLERS

-TAKE BOTH THE REAL ESTATE AND MORTGAGE. IT’SBETTER FOR THE BUYERS

-BE WILLING TO USE THE COMMISSION FOR THE REAL ESTATE TO CLOSE THE LOAN AND MAKE MONEY ON THE MORTGAGE

– Familiarity with MLO software such as Arrive, DU/LPA for mortgage loan transactions

To excel in this role, you must meet the following requirements:

– Proficiency in credit analysis and risk assessment

– In-depth knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and their implications on Mortgage, Real Estate and insurance practices

– Experience in mortgage servicing and its interaction with insurance policies

– Don’t dwell on borrowers that will not help themselves

-Call the Rep if you have questions

– Be available to take applications as they come in morning, noon and night

– Ability to interpret and manage insurance contracts effectively

– Basic math skills for day-to-day Mortgage operations

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $100,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
