In this role, you will leverage your insurance expertise to advise clients on a wide range of insurance products, including auto, home, life, and commercial policies. Your goal will be to build lasting relationships, provide exceptional service, and help clients navigate their insurance needs.
Key Responsibilities
• Assess client insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
• Provide clear explanations of policy features, benefits, and pricing
• Respond to client inquiries, process policy changes, and handle claims
• Maintain regular contact with clients to review coverage and make adjustments as needed
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
Qualifications
• Proven experience as an insurance agent or in a related sales role
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to explain complex information clearly and build rapport with clients
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
