What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Manage end-to-end issue management and resolution processes, ensuring timely issue remediation
• Track and correct impacted transactions while providing consultation to business and technical management
• Collaborate with business partners to identify key stakeholders for driving remediation
• Produce documentation of issues impacting business operations for management and leadership
• Investigate and correlate reported issues to larger enterprise issues
What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Must be able to lead calls and communicate effectively with stakeholders and Senior Leadership
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Proficient with Microsoft business applications such as Excel and Word
• Ability to thrive in a proactive, fast-paced environment
• Strong analytic skills with the ability to connect the dots quickly
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• BA/BS degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field, or 4+ years of job-related experience
• 2+ years of technical or operations experience with Facets application or similar products
• General knowledge of technical support or development in application or infrastructure areas
• Willingness to support beyond core business hours
