• *Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a drive to succeed. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and grow within the company.
• *Responsibilities:**
Conduct sales calls and visits to potential clients – Build and maintain strong customer relationships – Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets – Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients – Negotiate contracts and close deals – Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale – Keep detailed records of sales activities and follow up on leads
• *Qualifications:**
Proven experience in sales or a related field – Strong communication and interpersonal skills – Ability to work independently and as part of a team – Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software – Bilingual proficiency is a plus – Knowledge of HIPAA regulations (preferred) – Experience in insurance or retail sales (desired) – Familiarity with benefits administration (nice-to-have)

Pay: $60,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
