Online Customer Support Associate

Job Description:
Wells Fargo is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Online Customer Support Associate to join our team in Dallas, Texas. As a full-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer support roles

Responsibilities:
1. Provide excellent customer service to online banking customers through various communication channels such as chat, email, and phone.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
3. Educate customers on Wells Fargo’s online banking products and services.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and follow up on complex customer issues.
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
6. Stay up-to-date on Wells Fargo’s policies, procedures, and products.
7. Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:
