Key Responsibilities
• Manage and update financial records using QuickBooks.
• Reconcile accounts, including bank statements, credit card statements, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
• Assist in creating financial reports and statements.
• Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.
• Support budgeting and forecasting efforts.
• Help with audits and tax preparations.
• Perform additional related tasks as needed.

Qualifications
• Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks is essential.
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Great organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with Google Teams and Zoom for remote collaboration.
• Bonded or insured is preferred.

Education And Experience
• Bookkeeping certification required.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
• Preferred: Experience in accounting or bookkeeping in a consulting firm.
• Preferred: Experience in accounting or bookkeeping in an auto repair shop.
• Must be located in California, Utah, Arizona, or Washington.
