What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Collate and process payroll information for UK and overseas entities
– Process payroll transactions and ensure accurate financial reporting
– Assist in the reconciliation of payroll control accounts across regions
– Manage bank payments for salaries and taxes, ensuring compliance
– Support the Payroll team with general reporting and ad hoc exercises
What is Required (Qualifications):
– Minimum of 2 years’ experience working within a finance department
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential
– Experience working within a banking system
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage time effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– Familiarity with payroll processing and related financial operations
– Experience with pension administration and financial year-end audits
– Knowledge of payroll reporting requirements across different regions
