As a Property Management Manager with Yardi experience at Agile CFO Solutions, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive accounting services to our clients in the real estate and property management industry. Your expertise in Yardi software and property accounting will be crucial in ensuring the financial success and compliance of our clients’ property portfolios.
Key… Responsibilities:
Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of real estate and property management clients.Establish and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service and client satisfaction.Understand each client’s specific property accounting needs and tailor services accordingly.
Yardi Accounting:Utilize Yardi software to manage financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.Ensure accurate and timely recording of property-related financial transactions.Perform bank reconciliations and oversee cash management for properties.
Financial Reporting:Prepare, review, and analyze property financial statements, including income statements and balance sheets, using Yardi.Generate customized financial reports to meet client requirements.Ensure financial reports comply with industry-specific accounting standards.
Budgeting and Forecasting:Collaborate with property management clients to create and manage property-level budgets.Assist clients in forecasting and planning for property-related financial needs.Provide guidance on budget variances and financial performance.
Vendor and Tenant Relations:Manage vendor accounts, process invoices, and ensure timely payments for property-related expenses.Oversee tenant accounts, including rent collection, lease administration, and tenant inquiries.Resolve billing and payment discrepancies with vendors and tenants.
Audit and Compliance Support:Assist clients in preparing financial documentation for property audits and tax filings.Collaborate with auditors and tax professionals to ensure compliance.Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and accounting standards.
Technology and Process Improvement:Leverage Yardi and other property management software to streamline financial processes.Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend enhancements to clients.Assist clients in adopting best practices in property accounting.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA certification is a plus.
Several years of experience in property accounting, with a strong focus on Yardi software.
Familiarity with real estate and property management industry practices.
Proficiency in Yardi software and other property management accounting tools.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy in financial reporting.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
