Responsibilities:
– Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
– Assist clients with inquiries, claims, policy changes, and other insurance-related matters
– Educate clients on insurance products and services offered by Liberty Mutual
– Process applications, renewals, and adjustments to policies accurately and efficiently
– Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure client needs are met
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in insurance services
– Utilize technology to streamline processes and improve customer experience
Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software
– Prior experience in customer service or insurance is a plus, but not required
