Key… Responsibilities
Accurately record and manage expenses, receipts, owner distributions, and other transactions for the accounting period.
Perform routine accounting functions, including creating and reconciling entries, and resolving discrepancies.
Generate and review financial reports to ensure accuracy and comprehensiveness.
Address and resolve accounting-related issues and requests from management and clients.
Investigate open accounting issues and identify potential problems, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Manage cash activities, including bank reconciliations and determining owner distributions.
Assist with special projects and perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
Minimum Of 4 Years Of Accounting Experience, Preferably.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with Yardi Voyager is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Effective time management skills with the ability to meet monthly reporting deadlines.
Solid understanding of accounting principles and systems.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and interact professionally with staff, third parties, and clients.
One remote workday per week available after 90 days of employment.
Compensation And Benefits
Salary range: $70,000 – $75,000 per year.
