Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will analyze financial reports, identify trends, and uncover opportunities for improvement. Your responsibilities will include evaluating and recommending business opportunities, investments, and financial projects. You will gather, interpret, and assess financial information to create forecasts… and analyze trends in sales, finance, and other business areas. Additionally, you will develop financial models to support strategic planning, including new product development and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Forecast and monitor the economic benefits of investments in infrastructure and operations, focusing on enhancements in operating efficiency and effectiveness.
Allocate resources among various investments by evaluating and ranking based on economic benefits.
Analyze capital equipment purchases and perform lease vs. buy analyses.
Assist the IT Technology department with financial modeling, budgeting, benchmarking analysis, and variance analysis as needed.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to support finance activities.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Proficient in forecasting and monitoring economic benefits related to infrastructure and operations.
Skilled in resource allocation and prioritization based on economic impact.
Experienced in analyzing capital equipment purchases and performing financial analyses.
Capable of supporting financial modeling, budgeting, and benchmarking for IT projects.
Strong ability to develop and implement finance-related policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Required Experience: 3-4 years of relevant experience in financial analysis.
Preferred Education: MBA in Finance or a related field.
Preferred Experience: 5-6 years of experience in financial analysis.
Preferred Certification: CPA (Certified Public Accountant) is a plus.
Additional Information
Pay Range: $54,373.27 – $117,808.76 annually. Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
