We are seeking a dynamic and sociable Account Manager to join our dedicated insurance agent team. In this vital role, you will be the linchpin between our customers and agency departments, driving business growth through meaningful client relationships and proactive marketing of relevant products and services. Responsibilities
• **Relationship Building:** Establish and nurture strong customer relationships, proactively following up with clients as needed.
• **Customer Service:** Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly assistance to customers, addressing inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• **Customer Retention:** Foster successful and long-lasting customer relations, focusing on satisfaction and loyalty.
• **Sales & Marketing:** Promote and sell insurance products and services based on customers’ needs.
Qualifications
• **Experience:** Proven experience in sales (outside/inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing) and managing client relationships preferred.
• **Licensing:** Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required. Life and Health license is desired. If licensed in another state, you will be required to obtain licensing in the State of Georgia.
• **Communication Skills:** Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills.
• **Customer Focus:** Dedicated to customer service, with the ability to anticipate and effectively address customer needs.
• **Technical Skills:** Recent experience with insurance agency technology systems preferred.
