Overview

Key Responsibilities
Manage expense reports and invoices, including processing cost batches, wires, and checks.
Audit receipt coding, approve expense reports and invoices.
Prepare and generate Excel spreadsheets and reports for management, including cash and billing reports.
Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports.
Analyze financial trends, investigate discrepancies, and provide actionable insights.
Oversee month-end financial close, including monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities and financial statement analysis.
Reconcile accounts, process and analyze transactions, and maintain up-to-date records.
Research, analyze, and resolve inquiries related to financial transactions.
Review daily transactions and collaborate with non-accounting staff as needed.
Ensure the integrity of balance sheet accounts by reviewing activity and balances, and preparing supporting audit schedules.
Contribute to year-end audit and tax preparation efforts.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting, financial reporting, auditing, or tax.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Proficient in Excel and Word; familiarity with Elite and Chrome River is a plus.
High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Willingness to work overtime as needed.
