Due to the global nature of the role, flexible hours are required and can be fully remote in the US. Outside of the initial set-up, this role will likely require less than 40 hours/week. The Accountant to support the billing and invoicing supporting our global network.
The Accountant will partner with site operations and finance to process monthly billing and invoicing of license fees through Sage Intacct.
The Accountant will also be responsible for completing month and quarter close activities related to billing and Accounts Receivable in partnership with the finance team.
Monthly… financial reporting will be required in partnership with site operations and finance.
Previous experience with Sage Intacct is required as the Accountant will serve as the subject matter expert for the system.
Initially, the Accountant will assist with the set up off customer profiles and the set up of billing.
After the initial set up is complete, the Accountant will be expected to maintain the system and customer profiles on an ad-hoc basis.
This role will also support ad-hoc management of purchase orders for the global team.
