Administrative Services Associate

Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Account Administrator. As a key member of our sales support operations team, you will be responsible for providing customer service, resolving bill/invoicing inquiries, and performing various administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:
– Provide customer service and respond to customer inquiries
– Resolve billing and invoicing issues
– Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis via various systems
– Cover and perform duties for staff as needed
– Open and close office each business day and perform light office maintenance

Requirements:
– High school graduate or equivalent required
– One year work experience in sales coordination, office administration, and/or a business operations position
– Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe
– Strong Excel experience necessary for data analytics
– Engaging personality in person and on the phone

About the Role:
This is a part-time position (approximately 20 hours per week) located in our Pittsburg office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
