JOB SUMMARY

As a manager on the Supply Chain Finance Standardization Team, the Associate Manager, Supply Chain Finance Standardization is responsible for all financial control and analysis while providing strategic direction and financial leadership to enhance their ability to make informed financial decisions. The individual will help drive improved decision-making to the business by providing real-time, insightful yet standardized analytical support with business intelligence and analytical tools. This role supports and enables teams across Supply Chain Finance (i.e., Plant Finance Teams, Logistics Finance Team, etc.) to focus on partnering with their business counterparts. This role maintains consistent contact with plant, corporate, and functional resources to uncover new opportunities to centralize, standardize, and drive efficiency as well as provide ongoing support while utilizing their own supply chain knowledge to improve results. In addition, the Associate Manager analyzes new areas to support, developing recommendations on support needs and implementing those strategies.

Essential Job Duties
• Responsible for the preparation and timely publishing of daily, weekly, and monthly management and business reports and key metrics. This includes analysis and performance insights for plants, business units, and the divisions.
• Leverages best practices to standardize, visualize, and automate weekly, monthly, and annual reporting.
• Oversees Supply Chain Finance data architecture and reporting to ensure maximum flexibility for future enhancements while minimizing future re-work.
• Accountable for the overall data quality in Supply Chain Finance to allow the business to maintain confidence in the data and implement standardization in how the data is structured and reported.
• Supports the annual operating plan process as directed by leadership to drive consistency by collecting and standardizing AOP/Forecast templates and the related reporting.
• Manages data preparation for budget and forecast reporting to ensure the results are up to date, while evaluating the variances, and completing accuracy reviews.
• Using analytical tools, manages the data aggregation process with an aim towards reducing the overall time required for data gathering and aggregation.
• Consistently interacts with finance counterparts (i.e. plant controllers, plant finance support, logistics, etc.) to understand customer demand fluctuations.
• Manages analytics professional(s), developing top talent for the Standardization Team and providing coaching and skill development opportunities.
• Provides proactive thought leadership to develop new simplified processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness; develops new tools to enhance the finance team analytics
• Identifies critical operational questions that can be answered through new data insights.
• Compile analytics into reporting & visualizations using PowerBI.
• Develop training materials and manages user training for teams seeking guidance on how to use reports and dashboards while also improving the financial acumen of non-finance professionals.
• May perform other duties as required.

Scope of Responsibility

Reports to the Senior Manager of Supply Chain Finance Standardization. Somewhat independent; works under general instructions and expected to determine how to accomplish the work assignments. The individual acts as a business partner and consultant on all matters financial. Ensures application of established corporate financial policies. High degree of accuracy and integrity required with a strong attention to detail.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements
• Ability to develop and provide insights using data/analytics & financial reporting to both finance and non-finance professionals to:
• Develop financial goals that are consistent with corporate objectives.
• Drive better decision making.
• Identify areas for cost improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to visualize large amounts of data and communicating insights to non-finance professionals.
• Remain up to date on new analytical technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities through cross functional collaboration.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across multiple teams.
• Ability to work successfully at a Fortune 500 company in a matrix environment.
• Ensure financial processes are adhered to according to CSC standards and best practices.
• Strong analytical skills; fluent in data analytics applications such as: Tableau and PowerBI.
• SAP experience preferred.

Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree; a minimum of 5 years related financial experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$72,900-$117,300

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
