What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Lead technology projects and a team of developers to create cloud-native, resilient, and scalable solutions
• Write high-quality code and conduct code and design reviews
• Promote a culture of engineering excellence and reuse solutions where possible
• Guide stakeholders in design and architecture discussions throughout the development lifecycle
• Collaborate with architects and product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions
What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 9+ years of professional software development experience
• 6+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language
• 6+ years of experience leading design or architecture of new/existing systems
• 3+ years of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Master’s Degree
• 11+ years of experience in at least one of the following: JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go/Golang
• 4+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or another cloud service
• 3+ years of experience with GCP or Azure
• 3+ years of experience in Agile practices
