As a Behavior Influencer Senior Manager, you will lead a team with a Behavior Influencer Manager and Behavior Influencers focused on promoting the behavior framework and management cycle as well as supporting branch banking… behavior-based changes and initiatives. Provide foundational learning of the behavior framework and management cycle through adoption, belief, and sustainability to Division Executives and Region Executive, to elevate the customer experience and grow the business.Through Behavior Influencer Manager and Behavior Influencers, influence DMs on their ability to diagnose the biggest opportunities and implement actionable, simple behaviors to improve the customer experience.Provide management cycle and behavior-based guidance and support to the Region Executive.Support consistent execution of the branch banking behaviors in coordination with senior regional leadership and additional segment partners. Accelerate progress of mobile migration through consistent execution of regional/district/branch strategy through field leadership.Assess and leverage all branch banking reporting data in combination with leveraging the management cycle during branch visits to inform coaching recommendations at the region level through the Behavior Influencer Manager, and at the district and branch levels through the Behavior Influencers.Be the expert resource on tools and initiatives utilized by branch banking leadership and employees such as Plan My Day, Click to Call, and those utilized around help more and engage more behaviors. Ensure Behavior Influencer Managers and Behavior Influencers are expert in the same resources and influencing adoption and success in the field. Design, participate and oversee the leadership of customer and employee behavior-based pilots.Serve as an early adopter and expert in Customers First learnings.Monitor organizational budget and manage expenses.Identify and develop high potential talent with lens for diversity, leveraging enterprise definitions, resources, and system of record.Intentionally build and engage a diverse team and cultivate an inclusive environment.Required Qualifications:6+ years of Business Growth Strategy experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education3+ years of Management experienceDesired Qualifications:5+ years experience in Branch Banking roles with a broad understanding of how the bank branches operate.Ability to manage and lead in a matrixed organization environmentStrong partnership, influential and inspirational skills to ensure high levels of collaboration with local and cross channel leadership.Proven understanding of the behavioral framework, branch P&L and the management cycle and the tie into growth.Demonstrated experience leading implementation strategies on customer mobile adoption, employee utilization of innovative tools and contact management systems, reducing branch self-service transactions.Understand small business and affluent customer expectations.Ability to positively influence, motivate, direct and develop diverse teamsStrong analytical and critical thinking skills combined with strategic business focus.Excellent communication skillsHighly organized with a strong attention to detail.Job Expectations:Ability to travel up to 50-75%Posting Locations:150 E 42nd St, New York City, New York2240 Butler Pike, Plymouth Meeting.
