Job Duties:
• Deliver outstanding customer service through proactive claims handling in a fast-paced environment
• Adhere to claims handling process guides.
• Review all files to verify coverage and liability accuracy.
• Develop proactive plans of action to push resolution.
• Evaluate claims with a focus on mitigation of risk.
• Conduct thorough investigation to arrive at a fair settlement, including interviews with insureds, claimants, and witnesses, consultation with police, review of hospital records, and inspecting vehicle damage.
• Maintain contact with relevant parties or legal representation to determine exposure severity.

Education/Experience:
• Preferred graduate from accredited four-year college or university.
• Adjuster licensing required
• At least 2-3 years’ experience with handling injury insurance claims.
