Responsibilities:
– Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
– Communicate effectively with clients through various channels including phone calls, emails, and online chats
– Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive support to clients
– Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to clients
– Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients
Requirements:
– Energetic and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment
– Strong attention to detail and excellent critical thinking skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a remote team
– Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools
– High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor’s degree preferred
