You’ll build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring your team is a trusted partner in achieving business success through high-quality commercial finance support. You will lead efforts to drive positive change, refine processes, and introduce innovative ways of working to maximize the value added by the finance team.
Key Responsibilities
Business Partnering:
Oversee the reporting and approval process for commercial projects and monthly reports.
Assist in creating business opportunities and use business cases to support profit plans and annual targets.
Foster effective cross-functional relationships with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Customer Service.
Conduct pricing analysis, including profitability assessments, benchmarking, cost savings, and competitive evaluations.
Perform quarterly and annual analysis of accounts’ P&L against pricing and market conditions to assess profitability impact.
Manage proactive commercial business relationships and support the country’s performance towards profitable growth.
Provide real-time financial guidance and insights to support informed decision-making.
Offer decision support for commercial deals, pricing actions, and investment opportunities.
Build strong business and commercial acumen through direct engagement with customers and business units.
Assess business and finance risks, advising on appropriate actions and communicating impacts effectively.
Lead or support the development of business cases.
Analytics
Provide insights and quality commentaries on business performance for your areas of responsibility.
Lead business partnering support for annual profit plans and monthly forecasting in collaboration with leadership teams.
Focus on margins and profitability analytics.
Leadership And Continuous Improvement
Develop and nurture a strong team to drive organizational value.
Design and propose financial solutions to address business challenges while maintaining governance and controls.
Continuously improve tools and processes for better business insights.
Prioritize stakeholder demands and manage expectations proactively.
Lead projects, applying business acumen and commercial awareness to achieve business objectives.
Coordinate finance support for country and zone leadership teams on ad-hoc projects and requests.
Serve as a board member of the local company as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.
7 to 10 years of experience in FP&A or business partnering.
Data-savvy with strong SAP knowledge and at least 3 years of practical experience.
Demonstrated business partnering skills, influencing abilities, transparency, and ethical conduct.
Fluent in English, with strong communication skills for international exposure.
