Minimum Requirements: Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 8 years of professional/leadership experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experience: Excellent managerial and leadership skills strongly preferred. Proven history of retaining and growing membership and identifying innovative opportunities is preferred. Experienced innovator with the ability to move with speed and agility considering the progressive and highly competitive nature of the business. Demonstrated success facilitating strong internal working relationships in a matrix environment. Understands the drivers in the healthcare economy with a demonstrated history of developing strategies to support organic growth initiatives within managed care. Strong financial skills to build and support competitive product positioning and client retention. Experience evolving a value proposition into new and emerging services and profitable revenue streams. A proven manager and leader who builds high-performing teams and creates a culture of performance, transparency, and accountability preferred. An excellent motivator and communicator who is charismatic, enthusiastic, action-oriented, and confident preferred. For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $180,288 to $270,432. Location: New York.
