Implements, updates, and maintains automated… direct connect and/or manual eligibility data by keying information into the system. Interacts with internal partners and/or external clients/vendors. Analyzes data and reconciles eligibility for accuracy involving Coordination of Benefits (COB).
Researches and resolves problems. Escalates difficult issues. Strong analytical skills and customer service skills.
General product knowledge. Understands simple instructions and procedures. Performs Eligibility duties under direct instruction and close supervision.

A plus Excellent Communication Skills Verbal / Written Healthcare Insurance Background 3-5 years Medicare C Medical and Part D Receive files from CMS – Verify Insurance is Active Be able to handle heavy Outbound & Inbound Calls (Certain Times of the Yr.) 3rd Party Liability – Deals with Auto Accidents Microsoft Window Programs SQL (a plus not required) Education: High School Diploma and/or GED required 2 years of College preferred Location and Schedule Notes Remote: Only for east coast Core hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Training schedule will be the same Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation) The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $11.61-$15.48/hr Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K (provided minimum eligibility hours are met
