Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and manage Citigroup’s online presence on various platforms, including social media, blogs, and forums.
2. Develop and implement online PR strategies to enhance Citigroup’s brand reputation and visibility.
3. Create engaging and informative content for online platforms, including press releases, articles, and social media posts.
4. Respond to online inquiries and comments from customers and the public in a timely and professional manner.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate online PR campaigns and initiatives.
6. Monitor and analyze online PR metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online PR to continuously improve Citigroup’s online presence.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
2. 1 year of experience in online PR or a related field is preferred.
3. Driven and reliable with excellent time management skills.
4. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media management tools.
7. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
8. Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices is a plus.
