Position Overview
We are partnering with a financial services firm to find a detail-oriented Finance Administrator for part-time, project-based work. In this role, you’ll manage financial records, process transactions, and ensure the accuracy of financial data, helping to maintain smooth and efficient financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate financial records and manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Reconcile bank statements and manage financial discrepancies.

What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience as a Finance Administrator or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
