We’re excited to find a talented Finance Analyst to join our dynamic team! In this role, you’ll be a key player in supporting critical business processes and working closely with decision-makers. You’ll manage financial forecasting and modeling, contributing to strategic decisions and process improvements.
Location: Remote, with a preference for candidates in San Jose, CA…
Compensation: Approximately $40 per hour, plus benefits.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the forecasting process for revenue and expenses on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Provide valuable insights into financial drivers and variances.
• Collaborate with Strategic Partnerships to identify and address risks and opportunities with financial institution partners.
• Update and maintain financial models to support informed decision-making and prioritization.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and automation.
• Partner with the accounting team to ensure the accuracy and compliance of financial statements.
• Analyze large data sets to derive actionable insights and present recommendations to leadership.
• Prepare executive presentations and reports to communicate findings and support strategic decisions.
What We’re Looking For
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in finance or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a similar analytical discipline.
• Strong expertise in Excel and financial modeling.
• A high level of accountability, with a drive for achieving exceptional results.
• Solid business acumen, logical reasoning, and critical thinking skills.
• Attention to detail, with the ability to maintain a high-level perspective.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with a focus on active listening.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage interruptions, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
