What You’ll Do…
• Build and nurture new client relationships while expanding existing ones.
• Actively promote our services to both new and current clients.
• Identify and develop opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
What We’re Looking For
• A bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Experience in relationship management is essential.
• A background in finance or financial education is required.
• Knowledge of financial planning, investment management, and trust administration is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Financial Advisor, Trust Officer, or in a similar business development role in financial services is ideal, but not required.
• Strong decision-making skills with the ability to recommend services effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships within military communities is required. Military service, being a military spouse, or having strong knowledge of the military is necessary. Experience with government benefits is a plus.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud is beneficial.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
• Certification in a related fiduciary field (e.g., CFP, CTFA, or AIF) is a plus.
