– P&C insurance license preferred.
– Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

– Conduct broker outreach for new and existing brokers.
– Assist Sales Executives in prospecting efforts.
– Maintain relationships with brokers.
– Support Sales Executive team during travel or heavy submission flow.
– Collaborate with Sales Executive team to discuss growth potential.
– Assist with technical issues for brokers.
– Develop expertise with insurance products.
– Onboard new brokerages and support cross-selling initiatives.
– Support sales team projects and initiatives.
• *Qualifications:**
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in Property & Casualty insurance.
– P&C insurance license preferred.
– Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
– Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
– Strong analytical, time management, and organizational skills.
