What is Required (Qualifications):
– Minimum of 1 year working in a medical office
– Comfortable asking for payment and handling financial responsibilities
– Outstanding phone etiquette and attention to detail
– Medical Billing experience preferred
– Adherence to strict confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– 0-2 years of experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
