RemX is looking for experienced LICENSED Health Insurance agents to work as Medicare Customer Service / Sales Rep for our client. This is a 100% remote direct hire (seasonal) position with our client.

• Salary: English $21.00 an hour | Bilingual Spanish/English $24.00 an hour | Potential to earn performance based incentives
• Start Date: August / September
• Schedule: Shifts range from 6:00 AM – 2:00 AM (an 8 hour shift within this range)
• Training: Training is 2 – 4 weeks remote training. Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST/EST
Responsibilities:
• You’ll be using the knowledge that you bring to the role by helping others with Medicare
• 70% inbound of re-enrollments or people aging into the program
• 30% outbound based on people expressing interest ; NO COLD CALLS
• The candidate will provide excellent customer service with a mostly inbound call model.
• The candidate will need to be a team player.
• Assist individuals in understanding their coverages and selecting the right products, services and best solutions to meet their personal health and financial needs
• Outbound calls to provide follow up when needed.
• Respond to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening and select the best solution in an efficient manner
• Identify additional needs customers may have and help them to upgrade products or services
Requirements:
• Current Health insurance license in your state of residence
• High speed internet access (>15 mbps)
• Minimum six (6) months sales experience
• Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy
• High school diploma or equivalent
