## Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Loan Processor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing loan applications, verifying financial information, and preparing loan files for underwriting. ## Duties – Review loan applications for completeness and accuracy – Verify applicant information including employment, income, credit history, and assets – Communicate with loan officers, underwriters, and borrowers to ensure a smooth loan process – Prepare and submit mortgage loan files to underwriting for approval – Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies – Coordinate with various parties involved in the loan process such as appraisers, title companies, and insurance agents ## Skills – Proficiency in 10 key typing – Knowledge of loan… origination processes – Familiarity with mortgage servicing and underwriting procedures – Understanding of financial services and banking industry practices – Strong mathematical skills for calculating financial data – Experience working with loan officers or in a related field is a plus If you are a meticulous individual with a passion for financial services and possess the necessary skills to excel in loan processing, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
