Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Mortgage Loan Processor. The Mortgage Loan Processor will be responsible for processing loans for our mortgage broker partners from submission through funding including communication with borrowers, MLO’s, closing agents, attorneys, and more. Work in a team environment and fast paced industry!
Qualifications
• Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Lending skills
• Loan Processing and Underwriting skills
• Experience in processing wholesale loans
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a remote setting
• Knowledge of loan compliance regulations
• No MLO experience or aspirations please
