Description
The Independent Agent Thought Leadership Team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Marketing Manager who specializes in corporate social responsibility to join our team. As the B2B Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and supporting charitable giving initiatives among independent insurance agents nationwide. Your main focus will be managing www.AgentGiving.com, overseeing the Make More Happen Awards program, and leading multi-channel marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for community engagement.
Responsibilities
• Manage www.AgentGiving.com, including Make More Happen Awards story content, Community Giving Guide, In the News, special campaigns, reports and Agent Giving blog.
• Develop and execute multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns, utilizing owned channels, social media, and collaborating with the creative team on execution.
• Lead internal and external stakeholders in promoting a cause and story featuring independent agencies making a positive impact in their local communities.
• Utilize knowledge of local media and public relations to amplify the program’s reach and impact.
• Oversee email marketing campaigns, ensuring effective communication with agents and field sales teams.
• Manage complex application review and award process for the Make More Happen Awards program, including email communications and secure and manage judges, evaluate media markets and business relationships.
• Collaborate with a PR firm to establish and maintain relationships with local media outlets, nationwide, focusing on securing local print and online news, radio and TV coverage.
• Manage the creative, review and publication process of agent stories on the website using WordPress.
• Utilize data analysis tools, such as Google Analytics, HEAP, and Marketing Cloud to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
• Oversee website upgrades and critical maintenance, working closely with the web development team and vendors.
• Develop and implement annual content strategy for www.AgentGiving.com, ensuring that it aligns with the Marketing and AE&P goals and objectives.
Qualifications
• Bachelor`s degree with a concentration in Marketing, Business Administration or Communications preferred or equivalent experience required
• Minimum 7 years of relevant and progressively more responsible experience within a marketing driven organization
• Proactively seeks to learn and apply new tactics and job skills to enhance current role and improve broader team`s performance
• Demonstrates understanding of insurance industry, products, services, and trends
• Actively seeks to expand and integrate marketing knowledge and skills into recommendations, as well as function responsibilities and the connection to the broader organization
