#### Responsibilities:
Sourcing Candidates
• Leverage various recruiting channels such as job boards, social media, industry events, and networking to identify potential candidates.
• Build and maintain a robust network of mortgage industry professionals.
Candidate Screening
• Review resumes and production records to identify candidates who meet the specified job requirements.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications and interest in the mortgage loan officer role.
Interviewing
• Coordinate and conduct interviews with qualified candidates.
• Evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization.
Assessment And Evaluation
• Assess candidates’ knowledge of mortgage lending and relevant competencies.
Reference Checking
• Verify candidates’ employment history, qualifications, and loan production records.
Collaboration With Recruitment Managers
• Work closely with recruitment managers to understand their specific needs and requirements for mortgage loan officer positions.
• Provide regular updates on the status of recruiting efforts and candidate pipelines.
Negotiation And Offer Management
• Negotiate job offers with selected candidates.
• Manage the offer and acceptance process.
Onboarding Assistance
• Collaborate with the Onboarding Team and other departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new mortgage loan officers.
• Support new hires as they integrate into the company.
Maintaining Recruitment Records
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities, including candidate profiles, interview notes, and other relevant documentation.
#### Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: At least two years of direct Loan Officer recruiting experience, managing all phases of the recruitment process.
• Skills: Proactive sourcing tactics, excellent time management abilities, and a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
