As a Mortgage Loan Processor, you will oversee a small team of Processors, providing crucial loan-level support, conducting ongoing training sessions, and managing the pipeline of your direct reports.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead a team of Processors, offering guidance and support to ensure smooth loan processing.
• Provide comprehensive training to team members, fostering professional development and enhancing performance.
• Manage loan pipelines effectively, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Utilize your management experience to assist with complex loan files, facilitating their progression through processing stages.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and a focus on problem-solving to resolve challenges effectively.
Requirements
• Minimum of 4 years of recent mortgage closing/processing experience, with at least 1 year in senior mortgage loan processing.
• Proficiency in conventional, FHA/VA, new construction, and non-QM mortgage guidelines.
• Capability to manage 35-40 files concurrently, submitting 25+ files monthly with minimal conditions.
• Strong analytical skills in evaluating income, assets, and collateral.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
