Compensation:
$65,000 – $90,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Job Summary:

• 3+ Years Mortgage Knowledge
• Speaks with Clients building rapport
• Collects and reviews conditions on a loan
• Work Loan through all Milestones until Closed
• Manages Accurate Data within CRM
• Works with Loan Officer, Realtors, Escrow/Title, and Clients to ensure a smooth Loan Process from the loan being in escrow
Non-Essential Job Functions:

• Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Knowledge
